The concept of business management can be defined as a system of action designed to rationalize the use of resources.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These resources are dedicated for the achievement of objectives set by the business.<\/p>\n

The task of business management is expressed through the activity of the pharmacist manager and aims to:<\/p>\n

Clarity in the hierarchy<\/strong><\/p>\n

The clarity of objectives for the various departments goes hand in hand with the need for clarity in hierarchy and structure.<\/p>\n

Coordination is necessary<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is not uncommon that conflicts arise, although there are clearly defined goals.<\/p>\n

These conflicts make it impossible to achieve the objectives that are set.<\/p>\n

Therefore, it is important to have a smooth coordination of people to achieve the goals.<\/p>\n

Delegation of power and responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

Achieving goals in a business is the result of the cooperation of the people working in it.<\/p>\n

The boss must delegate the employees with tasks, but those should also be accompanied by the delegation of power and initiative.<\/p>\n

Effective internal communications<\/strong><\/p>\n

Communication is a very important issue in every business.<\/p>\n

The survival of the business for a long period is impossible if there is not any flow of information, communication and coordination through all the levels of hierarchy.<\/p>\n

Organization creates flexibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

Not being organized creates in the group symptoms of excessive inelasticity because of the innumerable and very detailed rules laid down.<\/p>\n

Creating a culture of organization<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to have consistency and continuity in the way the business operates, it is necessary to have an appropriate culture that is familiar for all members of the business.<\/p>\n

The development of this culture of organization can be mainly driven by the evolution of business executives.<\/p>\n

Conclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n

The future pharmacy will have a required size that will allow to become in a business with all the organizational structures of a fully integrated modern business.<\/p>\n

Highly qualified people at the hierarchical level, clear job descriptions, sites fully compliant with the principles of product management, decision support Information Systems, e.g. CRM, BI, and HRP, in full use of human resources will be the principles of a business of that kind.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tomorrow’s pharmacies may not be a “one man show”, but an integrated business that is fully up-to-date and easily adaptable to social, economic and economic factors.<\/p>\n

The time when the recruitment criterion was the degree of kinship, and the hours were taboo, is finally over!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Acquisition Theory insists on manipulating humans, systems and structures.<\/p>\n

The “Acquired” in the future businesses must be unique<\/strong><\/p>\n

People’s well-being through a work environment that produces work for the benefit of the community as well as the satisfaction for the work produced.<\/p>\n

The concept of well-being is clearly subjective and refers solely to each and every human entity that constitutes and sustains a business.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The future of the pharmacy is brighter, more optimistic for those who dare to go ahead forgetting the old-fashioned notions in the work environment.<\/p>\n
